Bilberry Fields Winter

Set against the rugged landscapes of Todmorden, the Bilberry Fields Fell Race is an exhilarating category AS race that challenges runners to navigate through steep terrain and dense woodland. Spanning 7.4 kilometers with over 371 meters of elevation gain, this event offers a true test for fell running enthusiasts.
The race begins at The Hare and Hound Pub on Burnley Road, where participants gather before the challenging course ahead. Competitors should come prepared with full Fell Running Association (FRA) kit, including waterproof jacket and trousers, hat, gloves, compass, whistle, map, and emergency food to ensure safety throughout the route.
While primarily an individual competition, team prizes are awarded based on the combined performance of three men or women from each squad. The race celebrates its unique setting with a post-event gathering at The Hare and Hound Pub for refreshments and prize giving.
With records standing at 32:01 minutes by T Adams in 2021 (men) and 36:31 minutes by H Page in the same year (women), runners are invited to push their limits against breathtaking views of Yorkshire’s moors.
