Bike The Lies 2027

Bike The Lies is an exciting cycling race that takes place on May 30, 2027. Cyclists will compete along the former railway track between Neukirchen bei Lambach and Haag am Hausruck, a scenic route measuring 21.8 kilometers with an elevation gain of 244 meters.
The event offers both individual time trials and team events for groups of three riders. Individual entry fees vary depending on the number of participants: €44 (up to 80 entries), €46 (up to 160 entries), and €48 if more than 160 cyclists sign up. Team registration costs are set at €114 for ten teams, €120 for twenty teams, and €126 for over twenty teams.
Registration opens early in the morning of race day starting from 7:30 AM at Neukirchen bei Lambach station, where participants can also collect their start numbers. Alternatively, number collection is available on Saturday between 6 PM to 8 PM at Weibern Sports Center. Parking options include the Agilox premises near the start and a warm-up route of about 19 kilometers from MKW in Weibern.
The race starts promptly at 10:00 AM for individuals and teams, with cyclists racing against the clock along the closed road course that winds through picturesque landscapes. The finish line awaits after approximately one hour, where awards ceremonies begin around noon for team winners followed by individual categories' celebrations later in the afternoon.
Additional highlights include a chance to win random prizes during the second award ceremony for those present and free downloadable photos captured by Weibern Photoclub at various points along the race route. For post-race relaxation, showers are available at the local sports center.
Competitors can also participate in the Haager Lies Champion challenge by completing both Bike The Lies on May 30th and the Haager Lies Half Marathon on September 19th to be crowned champion based on their combined running and cycling times. Accommodation options near the start include Kloibhofer Guesthouse and Vitalwelt Bad Schallerbach.
