About the event
The Arkansas High Country Race (ArHC) invites cyclists to explore the rugged beauty of west-central and northwest Arkansas on October 3, 2027. This premier bikepacking event challenges riders with a diverse mix of terrain through the Ozark Plateau and Ouachita Mountains. The route weaves through steep, remote trails that demand strength and endurance as it climbs over numerous highpoints across nearly 1,000 miles for those seeking the full experience or a more manageable ~240-mile Northwest Loop option.
