ARGAMAK TREYL 2027

On May 30, 2027, runners will converge on the archaeological park of Argamach in the Lipetsk region for an unforgettable adventure through history and myth. The Argamak Trail is named after the legendary steppe horse, a symbol of speed and endurance that once galloped across the land under the command of Veles, god of forest paths.
The 130-hectare park is nestled within a picturesque canyon carved by the swift-flowing Palna River. The terrain features rugged cliffs, caves, canyons, springs, and ancient oak forests—a unique blend of steppe, mountainous, and woodland landscapes. This diverse ecosystem offers runners an immersive experience through natural beauty that spans centuries.
The trail winds along the riverbank, offering glimpses into geological formations and a rich tapestry of flora from three distinct geographical zones. As participants traverse this historic route, they will feel the spirit of ancient warriors who once rode these same paths.
