Timing:
Timing is optional but recommended. You can track your time using apps like Strava or RunKeeper and submit results via a simple online form. No timing chips are required; this run focuses on supporting participants in their personal achievements without added pressure.

There's no need for packet pickup; all items will be mailed directly to the address provided in your registration (please ensure it is complete and correct).
Race Updates:
You'll receive a final update via email one week before the race, including course maps. This ensures you're fully prepared on the day of the event.
Wave Times:
Participants can sign up for their desired wave time by emailing [email protected]. Waves are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Wave A: 7:30 AM
- Wave B: 8:00 AM
- Wave C: 8:30 AM
Late runners can join upon arrival; coordinators stay for an additional three hours after the first wave.
Virtual Run Option:
For those unable to attend in person, a virtual run option is available. This unique experience includes a training pack with digital tools supporting your journey. After completing your race, you can submit results via email to receive your medal!
