5K FEST

August 14th marks the return of an exhilarating endurance challenge at Kearin Family Farm in Bonney Lake, Washington. The 24-Hour Engraved Plank Race invites runners and teams to test their limits over a unique format featuring hourly 5K runs throughout the day and night.
Each hour on the hour, participants gather for fresh starts with new groups of runners joining every leg of this marathon-like event. Whether you're aiming for just one lap or pushing yourself through all 24 hours, the course offers flexibility to fit your endurance level. The terrain encompasses picturesque pastures, rocky trails, and smooth paved paths winding around Fennel Creek Trail.
The farm’s sprawling 18 acres provide ample space for camping under the stars or parking RVs right on-site. As evening falls and morning breaks, runners can enjoy live music, food stalls offering a variety of snacks and meals, and fun games to keep spirits high between runs. Every participant who completes at least one lap receives an engraved wooden plank commemorating their achievement.
Registration for this event is now open until Wednesday night, with late spots still available but limited quantities left on T-shirts due to pre-ordering requirements two weeks in advance.
