Welcome to the 41st edition of the Schlosslauf Memmelsdorf, an autumnal celebration that transforms the enchanting Seehof Castle into a runner's paradise. Nestled amidst lush greenery and serene landscapes, this annual race invites participants from all over to explore the beauty of nature while enjoying a challenging yet rewarding run. The event takes place within the picturesque grounds of Schlosspark and the adjoining Schlosswald, where runners will navigate through well-maintained paths and short trails. The course features several gentle inclines that add an extra layer of challenge for those looking to push their limits. It is recommended that participants wear appropriate footwear suited for varied terrain. After crossing the finish line, athletes are invited to Seehofhalle for a warm-up ceremony where prizes will be awarded in recognition of top performers across various categories. The hall also offers facilities such as showers and changing rooms, ensuring runners can refresh themselves after their efforts on the course. One of the highlights of the Schlosslauf is undoubtedly the traditional Kuchenbuffet that follows the race.
