3° Trail Rota da Telha

On January 17, 2027, the III Trail Rota da Telha (TRT) will take place at 8:45 AM in Lajes village, located within Seia municipality. Nestled between the right bank of the Rio Seia and the left bank of the Rio Mondego, this scenic trail offers runners a unique blend of natural beauty and challenging terrain. The event features three distinct routes catering to different levels of experience:
The long-distance trail spans 28 kilometers with an elevation gain of approximately 950 meters, providing participants with breathtaking views as they traverse rugged landscapes. For those seeking a shorter yet equally rewarding challenge, the intermediate route covers 18 kilometers and includes around 750 meters of altitude change.
Additionally, there is an 8-kilometer walk for less experienced runners or casual enthusiasts to enjoy at their own pace while taking in the stunning scenery along both rivers.
Organized by Grupo Desportivo Cultural e Recreativo das Lajes, this event promises a memorable day out on the trails.
