2nd 10.19 Peace Marathon

The second edition of the Yeosu Peace Marathon is set to take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026. This annual event offers two race distances: a challenging 10.19 km course and a more accessible 5 km option. Open to all physically capable individuals regardless of age or gender, runners can sign up online before the entry limit is reached.
The marathon begins at Yeosu Jinnam Stadium with both races starting in close succession; the longer route kicks off promptly at 09:00 followed by a start time for the shorter race just ten minutes later. Participants will experience scenic routes through parts of Yeosu that highlight its coastal beauty and vibrant atmosphere.
Due to safety concerns, wheelchairs, strollers, and pets are not allowed in the races this year. Entry fees amount to 35,000 KRW for the longer distance and 20,000 KRW for the shorter one. If a refund is requested during registration, it will be processed after deducting a handling fee of 10% from the initial payment.
Runners are encouraged to secure their spots early as entries fill up quickly each year. The event promises not only competitive racing but also an opportunity to explore and appreciate Yeosu's unique charm along its winding pathways and picturesque vistas.
