On December 6, 2026, the 22nd Pedestrian Race of Londrina will take place with its start and finish line at the City Hall located on Rua Duque de Caxias. The race offers three distance options: a challenging 21km route, a scenic 10km course, and a family-friendly 5km run, all designed to showcase the vibrant cityscape of Londrina. Participants can expect an early morning start with staggered waves beginning at 6:00 AM for the longest stretch, followed by the 10k runners at 6:10 AM, and concluding with the 5k racers at 6:20 AM. The race route weaves through historic neighborhoods and parks, offering a mix of flat terrain and gentle inclines. Registration fees vary depending on distance and entry period; early bird rates are available until September 30th for both short and long-distance events. All participants receive a customized event t-shirt, medal upon completion, and access to various sponsor-branded giveaways in their race kits. The atmosphere is electric as runners of all ages gather at the start line, with many local businesses lining the course to cheer on competitors. The city encourages family participation through its Kangoo Jumps category for those looking for a unique running experience.
