2027 USA FIT MARATHON, SHOTTENKIRK KIA FORT BEND HALF MARATHON, & SIMON SPINE 5K

Join us on January 31, 2027, for the USA Fit Marathon and Shottenkirk KIA Fort Bend Half Marathon in Sugar Land. This year marks the 19th edition of this beloved race, known as "Everyone's Marathon," where runners of all speeds are welcomed with open arms. The flat course is ideal for both seasoned marathoners aiming to qualify for Boston next spring and first-time half-marathon participants looking to cross eight hours comfortably.
The event features well-supported aid stations throughout the route, ensuring that no runner feels left behind. Spectators line the streets, creating an energetic atmosphere as you push through each mile. Once you reach the finish line, a festive post-race party awaits with plenty of food and festivities for everyone to enjoy long after crossing the tape.
All participants receive official timing results along with a commemorative medal and shirt. Early registrants by January 10th will also get an exclusive "Finisher" long sleeve pullover or quarter zip jacket, while those who sign up later can still secure short-sleeve tech shirts on race day. Additionally, the event offers opportunities to join school teams in the Fittest School Challenge, where schools with the most participants win a traveling trophy and cash prizes.
Don't miss your chance to be part of this inclusive marathon experience that celebrates camaraderie and fun on the course as well as off it.
