Immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of San Francisco with the Presidio Half Marathon, offering runners and walkers alike an unforgettable experience across some of the city’s most iconic landscapes. The race begins at Crissy Field, where you’ll be greeted by panoramic views of the bay and a cool coastal breeze. For those looking to challenge themselves over 21.1 kilometers, your journey includes crossing the legendary Golden Gate Bridge twice for breathtaking out-and-back vistas that are sure to leave an indelible mark on your memory. The half marathon route winds through the historic Presidio grounds, offering runners lush greenery and scenic waterfront views along the way. The 10K and 5K courses provide a more compact but equally picturesque experience, taking you alongside the sparkling waters of San Francisco Bay for stunning coastal scenery and an invigorating run. Whether you’re jogging or walking at your own pace, these shorter distances offer a perfect blend of beauty and enjoyment. No matter which distance you choose, crossing the finish line means joining in on one of the race’s most beloved traditions: a massive pancake breakfast. This post-race feast is accompanied by live music and local vendors, creating an atmosphere that feels more like a community celebration than just another event day. Don’t forget to register early for special perks such as an official event T-shirt and finisher medal, plus access to the beer garden (for those 21+), where drinks are included with valid ID. Plus, by participating in this race, you’re not only enjoying a memorable run but also helping send kids to camp through your entry fee. Bundle up the savings for groups of five or more and enjoy one free registration when buying four spots—a great way to share the experience with friends and family while supporting a worthy cause. Join us at the Presidio Half Marathon this summer, where every step you take is part of something bigger than yourself.
