2027 Life Time Miami Marathon Pre-Race Party & Shakeout Run

Join the Miami running community for an exhilarating start to Race Week with the Life Time Coral Gables Shakeout Run. This pre-race event offers both 5K and 10K distances, providing runners of all levels the perfect opportunity to warm up before tackling the main events.
Set in the vibrant city of Coral Gables, this run is not just about setting a personal best; it's also an occasion for socializing with fellow athletes, meeting local partners, and engaging with Life Time coaches. The event kicks off at 7:00 AM with check-in, followed by a fun-filled start time at 8:00 AM.
After the run, participants are invited to stay for a post-race celebration that includes sponsor activations, recovery sessions, refreshments, and other exciting activities designed to enhance your race week experience.
