2027 Green Park Reading 10K & Family Runs

On Sunday, May 30, 2027, the vibrant city of Reading will come alive as Good Running Events hosts its annual Green Park Reading 10K and Family Runs. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Green Park on Longwater Avenue in Berkshire, this event promises a unique running experience for participants of all levels.
The main attraction is the 10K race, which begins at 10:30 AM sharp. With both affiliated (£27) and unaffiliated (£29) options available until May 23rd, runners can choose to join this event tailored specifically for those looking to push their limits or simply enjoy a scenic run through the city's beautiful parklands.
For families and younger participants, there are two additional events: the 3K Mini Marathon at 9:15 AM (£13.50) and the Mini Mile starting early in the morning at 8:30 AM (£13.50). Both races offer a shorter distance but no less excitement, ensuring that everyone can find an event to suit their pace.
The Green Park Reading 10K features a closed-road course with minimal elevation changes, making it ideal for those aiming for personal bests or just looking for a smooth and enjoyable run. The flat terrain allows runners to focus on technique and pacing without the challenge of steep inclines.
Participants will start and finish in the heart of Green Park, surrounded by lush greenery and the serene atmosphere that Reading is known for. With clear routes marked throughout the course, participants can enjoy the scenic beauty while staying focused on their performance.
