2027 Green Park Reading 10K & Family Runs

On Sunday, May 30, 2027, the vibrant city of Reading will host the Green Park Reading 10K & Family Runs, an exciting day for runners and families alike. Organized by Good Running Events, this event takes place in the picturesque setting of Green Park on Longwater Avenue.
Participants can choose from a variety of distances to suit all levels of experience and ambition. The main attraction is the 10km race, which offers both affiliated (£27) and unaffiliated (£29) categories for runners aiming to secure personal bests (PB). With its super-flat course, this event presents an ideal setting for competitive times.
For younger participants or those looking for a shorter challenge, there are two family-friendly options: the 3K Mini Marathon and the Mini Mile. Both these races start earlier in the morning at 9:15am and 8:30am respectively, providing early opportunities to enjoy the scenic route around Green Park.
The event promises a smooth-running experience with closed roads ensuring safety for all runners. The flat terrain of the course allows participants to focus solely on their performance without any significant elevation changes affecting their pace.
