Strollers are welcome, as well as friendly four-legged companions who share in the festive spirit. The route features flat terrain suitable for all paces, ensuring that every participant can comfortably embrace the holiday vibe.
Post-race, a hearty pancake breakfast awaits runners at the finish line, where donations to support the Douglas County Fallen Officer Fund are encouraged. This initiative allows participants to give back by contributing to local families of fallen law enforcement heroes, turning gratitude into action on this special day.
For those 21 and over, the celebration continues in the beer garden with cold brews and warm camaraderie—a fitting way to unwind after a morning well spent moving together as one community.
