2026 Summer Boudicca Way 50km Ultra

The Summer Boudicca Way 50km Ultramarathon returns for its third edition, building on the success of previous years. This scenic race follows the historic Boudicca Way Long Distance Path from Diss to Norwich, offering a blend of rural charm and urban energy.
Participants start at Hope Church in Diss at 8:30 AM with ten hours to reach the finish line in Trowse, Norwich. The route winds through picturesque villages such as Pulham Market, Fritton, Saxlingham, Stoke Holy Cross, and Caistor St Edmund, providing runners and walkers alike with a delightful journey along the ancient Roman Road path now marked by the A140.
With easy access to railway stations near both start and finish lines, this event is especially convenient for those traveling from afar. The race accommodates up to 250 participants, ensuring an intimate experience while still capturing the essence of endurance running in Norfolk’s scenic landscape.
Entry includes a range of benefits such as complimentary race-day refreshments at key points along the route. Additionally, runners have the option to purchase a commemorative t-shirt upon registration. The event is inclusive and welcomes all genders, including non-binary participants who can enter under either Female (Female only category) or Male/Open categories.

A refund protection plan is available for those concerned about unforeseen circumstances that may prevent them from participating. Transfers are permitted until midday Saturday, September 5th, but deferrals are not an option this year.
