2026 Salt Guangzhou Xianjiang Loop Trail Training Run (2026 SALT广州贤江环线越野训练跑)

The 2026 SALT Guangzhou Xianjiang Loop Trail Training Run takes place on Sunday, November 29 at 8:00 AM in the scenic Huangpu District's Xianjiang Park. With an approximate distance of 14.8 kilometers and a total elevation gain of 660 meters, runners have five hours to complete the challenging course. This race offers a unique trail experience that changes dramatically with the seasons.
Unlike the humid summer months when the route is enveloped in dense foliage and moisture, November presents a striking contrast. The crisp autumn breeze rustles through the trees, scattering dry leaves beneath your feet as you run. Gone are the oppressive heat and humidity of June; instead, runners will enjoy a cooler climate with clearer skies.
The Xianjiang Loop Trail offers an immersive experience that blends technical terrain with natural beauty. As you navigate the winding paths, the sound of crisp footsteps echoes in the clear air, highlighting every step on this autumnal journey through what locals call the "enchanted forest." Whether you've run here before or are new to these trails, November presents a fresh perspective and an opportunity to explore Xianjiang's unique charm.
Registration is first-come, first-served until full.
