2026 Pumpkin Spice Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K

The 2026 Pumpkin Spice Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K will take place on November 21st at Panther Island Pavilion in Fort Worth, Texas. The race offers a diverse set of distances for participants to choose from: the 5K is perfect for adults seeking a shorter distance challenge, while the Kids K event caters specifically to younger runners.
Race morning promises mild and pleasant weather conditions with temperatures expected to range between 11°C at dawn and 21°C by mid-morning. Humidity levels will be comfortably low, creating ideal running conditions along the scenic route that winds through Fort Worth’s picturesque neighborhoods before looping back to Panther Island Pavilion itself. The course offers stunning views of the city skyline as it follows the Trinity River.
Since its launch in 2024, this event has become a beloved annual tradition, attracting hundreds of runners each year who come together not just for the race but also to support local scholarships at Fort Worth High School. It’s an inclusive experience that showcases community spirit and unity.
The course begins and ends at Panther Island Pavilion on Valley Street. The 10K and Half-Marathon routes are particularly scenic, with participants enjoying views of the city skyline while running along the Trinity River. Water stops will be available for those in need during their run; however, there are no aid stations along these courses.
For the 5K and Kids K event, runners can expect a flat loop through the park, offering minimal elevation change. The race day weather is predicted to feel cool yet comfortable with mid-teens Celsius temperatures and steady winds at approximately eleven miles per hour—perfect for a spirited run.
Bib pickup will be available from November 17th to 20th at various locations around Fort Worth: Dallas Running Company – Plano (November 17th–19th), Dallas Running Company - Southlake (November 18th), and Fort Worth Running Company (November 19th and 20th). Participants are advised to arrive early for pre-race stretching, hydration, and a warm-up.
The start time is set at 8:00 AM. Those wishing to participate in the Half-Marathon must be 16 years or older, while Kids K participants should be at least 8 years old. First-timers are encouraged to bring their IDs if they plan on enjoying post-race refreshments and activities.
