2026 Hintonburg 5K and 1K

The 2026 Hintonburg 5K and 1K Kids Run returns to Ottawa's vibrant Parkdale Park on Sunday, July 12th. This beloved event marks its 18th year as the community comes together for a fun-filled morning of racing.
Race morning at Parkdale Park is bustling with energy, families gathering early in anticipation. Race kits can be picked up on Saturday, July 11th from 10 am to 4 pm at Full Cycle located at 7 Hamilton Ave N. Alternatively, start time pick-up is available starting at 7:30 am on race day.
Walkers and runners of all abilities are welcome, with strollers and dogs encouraged but please be cautious around the course. Age requirements apply—runners under 12 can participate in the free Kids 1K.
