On the day before the race, early packet pick-up is held at Welcome Home Yoga & Wellness located at 6375 W. 7 Mile Rd., Ste. 103 from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM on June 13th.
Participants must arrive by 8 AM for check-in and packet pickup, with the race starting promptly at 8:15 AM for the one-mile run followed by the five-kilometer and eight-kilometer races at 8:45 AM. After a brief opening ceremony, runners will enjoy a yoga session from 10 AM to 11 AM.
All participants are advised to prepare for conditions typical of mid-June in Detroit—average temperatures around 21.6°C with humidity levels reaching up to 65.5%. The UV index is expected to be very high at 8, so runners should wear protective clothing and sunscreen. Trail surfaces will be hard and dry.
