1ª RUNINPG

On November 29, 2026, runners will gather at the Centro de Eventos on Avenida General Aldo Bonde in Ponta Grossa for an exciting race that offers both 5 km and 10 km distances. The event starts promptly at 8:30 AM with participants required to arrive half an hour early.
The scenic route takes athletes through the vibrant streets of Contorno, offering a mix of urban energy and natural beauty along the way. For younger racers, there's also a special children’s race covering just 300 meters, beginning at the same time as the main event.
Registration fees range from R$130 to R$150 across three different lotteries, with early sign-ups receiving the best prices. Each participant will receive an official race t-shirt, a keychain, and a timing chip.
The day before the race, athletes can collect their kits at a tent near the start line one hour prior to the event's commencement. Race organizers emphasize safety throughout the course, supported by local authorities and medical staff on standby in case of emergencies.
Awards are given based on finish order for both male and female adult runners competing in either distance category, with prizes including cash rewards up to R$500 along with medals for top three finishers. The race will conclude after four hours when the course support may be withdrawn for latecomers who exceed this time limit.
Participants are reminded that they must present government-issued photo identification upon registration and acknowledge their own responsibility regarding health, travel expenses, accommodation arrangements, training costs, insurance coverage, and other personal expenditures related to participation.
