17ª CORRIDA E CAMINHADA COMPLEXO ISPON

Join the vibrant community of runners and walkers for the 17th edition of ISPON's Run & Walk on November 8, 2026. This year’s theme, "Garden of Stories," invites participants to share their own journeys or those of loved ones who have battled cancer with courage and resilience. Since its inception 17 years ago, this event has promoted awareness about the importance of physical activity in both preventing and treating cancer, fostering health, support, and unity within our community.
The race begins at Conservatório Maestro Paulino, where participants will embark on routes that celebrate strength and hope. The morning kicks off with a 5km run starting at 7:00 AM followed by a 10km run beginning five minutes later at 7:05 AM. Walkers take to the course at 7:10 AM, while kids have their own dedicated race from 8:30 AM onwards.
Each step taken represents not just physical effort but also stories of perseverance and inspiration. The event offers various kits for runners and walkers with essential items such as timing chips, hydration stations along the route, and a special medal upon completion.
Participants can take advantage of promotional discounts by using specific codes in the application VOCÊ NA RPC to secure their spot among limited early bird options available only up until 500 spots are filled. The event is not just about running; it’s an opportunity for everyone to come together, share stories, and support a meaningful cause.
Join us on November 8th as we collectively plant seeds of hope and watch the garden grow through our collective efforts.
