1ª Corrida e Caminhada da Ladeira Solidária - Solicari

On November 29, 2026, runners and walkers will gather at the Arena on Av. Mal. Castelo Branco in Jardim Tres Marias, Taboão da Serra for an invigorating morning of exercise. The event kicks off with a gentle start for those who prefer to walk, offering a scenic 2 km route that winds through the neighborhood's green spaces and bustling streets. For more competitive participants, a challenging 5.5 km run follows shortly after, providing runners with the opportunity to push their limits against a picturesque backdrop.
The race itself is an un-timed affair, focusing instead on camaraderie and community spirit as competitors vie for top honors in both male and female categories. Winners are determined by finish order, verified through bib numbers and recorded video footage. All participants who complete either event will receive a well-deserved medal to commemorate their achievement.
Support stations along the course offer hydration points where runners can refuel with water throughout their run or walk. Additional water is available at both the start/finish area and near the finish line, ensuring everyone stays hydrated during this early morning outing.
The atmosphere promises to be lively as participants set out on clear November mornings in Taboão da Serra, enjoying the camaraderie of fellow athletes while taking in local sights along their route. For those who wish to bring a furry friend along for the walk portion, pets are welcome but must remain under strict control and supervision by their owners.
In addition to the race day festivities, kit pickup begins at 6:00 AM sharp, giving early birds ample time to collect their materials before setting off on their respective courses. Bracing against crisp morning air, participants will experience a blend of community spirit, scenic beauty, and competitive excitement in this charming Brazilian neighborhood event.
