Join us for an exciting Saturday session designed specifically for young cyclists aged 10-16 who are ready to push their limits and improve their skills. While primarily aimed at intermediate riders, beginners with the right level of enthusiasm and ability are also welcome upon request. The event kicks off bright and early on February 20, 2027, from 11am until 1pm, offering two hours packed full of cycling challenges and fun activities. The morning starts with an energetic first hour where participants will have the chance to tackle various drills and courses tailored for skill development. A brief break around noon gives everyone a moment to recharge with snacks and drinks before diving back into more riding sessions in the afternoon session. Be sure to bring along your favorite refreshments to keep energy levels up throughout the day. Registration is easy, whether you prefer to book online or turn up on the day. If choosing an online booking, please make sure to use your child’s name for registration purposes and ensure it matches their HHYCC membership details if applicable, as this will entitle them to a £2 discount off the regular fee. Our club is always looking for enthusiastic volunteers who want to contribute in areas such as event coordination, bike maintenance, or coaching. If you're interested in getting involved, feel free to reach out and we can discuss opportunities that fit your interests best. Don't miss this chance to be part of a vibrant community dedicated to nurturing young cyclists' growth and passion for the sport!

About Southwark
Learn more about the host city, Southwark.
Southwark is a district of Central London situated on the south bank of the River Thames, forming the north-western part of the wider modern London Borough of Southwark. The district, which is the oldest part of South London, developed due to its position at the southern end of the early versions of London Bridge, for centuries the only dry crossing on the river. Around 43 AD, engineers of the Roman Empire found the geographic features of the south bank here suitable for the placement and construction of the first bridge.
