Roc'trail 2027

Experience the enchanting landscapes of Périgord with an unforgettable trail running adventure. On January 30, 2027, runners will have the opportunity to explore various distances and routes that cater to all levels of experience.
The highlight of this event is the night-time Trail 12km race on Saturday evening, which not only stands alone but also serves as part of combined events such as the 12km/12km or 12km/22km. The trail meanders through the serene and picturesque Périgord countryside under the moonlit sky, offering a unique challenge that tests both physical endurance and mental fortitude.
On Sunday, January 30, 2027 (note: corrected to match confirmed date), participants can choose from additional distances including the Trail 12km and Trail 22km. The shorter distance of 6.5km is designed as a discovery run for those looking to explore without competition pressure.
The event offers a variety of combined races, allowing runners to challenge themselves further by participating in back-to-back events over both days. Each race provides an opportunity to immerse oneself in the natural beauty and rich history of Périgord while pushing personal limits on diverse terrain.
Bib collection takes place at the Salle des Fêtes de Paussac Saint-Vivien, a charming venue that sets the stage for this exciting weekend of running. On Saturday evening from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM and again early Sunday morning from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, runners can pick up their race kits before heading out onto the trails.
Awards ceremonies are scheduled at key moments throughout the weekend to celebrate top performers. On Saturday evening at 8:30 PM, prizes will be awarded for both individual and category winners of the night-time event. Sunday morning sees further accolades distributed with separate sessions at 11:30 AM for the 12km race and combined events, followed by a ceremony at 11:45 AM dedicated to the longer distance races.
Additional amenities include showers and secure storage lockers to ensure runners are comfortable before and after their runs. This event promises an immersive experience in one of France's most beloved regions, combining athletic challenge with cultural immersion.
