The event is limited to 500 total participants and guests, and registration closes on May 11, 2026. Race Categories and Schedule

The festival offers a wide variety of distances and timed challenges. The timed events (96, 72, and 48-hour options) allow runners to accumulate as many miles as possible, with prestigious buckles awarded for reaching specific milestones.

Geography and Course

The course is 100% dirt, consisting of ranch roads and single-track trails on a private ranch. It is designed as two distinct 10-mile loops that meet at a central hub, allowing runners to access their vehicles or self-crew every 10 miles. Loop 1 is marked with Pink ribbons (+2100 ft gain) and Loop 2 with Yellow ribbons (+1600 ft gain).

Logistics and Ranch Access

The event operates on a private ranch with strict access windows monitored by professional security. Ranch Fees: Every person (runner or guest) must pay a $10 per person, per day ranch fee in cash at check-in. Guest Passes: Crew, pacers, and supporters must purchase a Guest Day Pass for $35 per 24-hour period. Camping: On-site camping is included for registered runners of the multi-day events. Gate Schedule: The gate has specific opening hours (generally 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) with no entry allowed after hours.

While the event is primarily known for its laid-back vibe, participation data from previous years shows a high level of endurance among the diverse field of athletes.
