Bawa Juhu Juniorthon
About the event
On January 10, 2027, the Bawa Juhu Juniorthon returns to Mumbai as India's largest under-15 kids marathon. Organized by I.K.A Sports and Events at Turf Station near PVR Cinemas in JVPD Scheme, Juhu, this event celebrates running through the vibrant streets of Juhu. The race aims to promote a healthy lifestyle among young children who are often glued to their smartphones.
Participants will have several categories to choose from based on age: 13-15 years (1 km), 11-13 years (1 km), and two options for ages 8-11 (either 1 km or 500 m) along with similar distances for children aged 5-8. Each runner will receive an official race day T-shirt, a colorful finisher medal, healthy breakfast, hydration stations offering non-caffeine sports drinks, digital timing certificates, high-resolution photos from the event, and a goodie bag filled with treats.
The top three male and female participants in each category will be awarded beautiful trophies. The Bawa Juhu Juniorthon promises to be an inspiring day for young athletes, their families, and spectators alike as they come together early Sunday morning to celebrate health, wellness, and the joy of running.
