The event welcomes up to 2,000 runners across three distinct categories: NAV Leader (42km), ADV Explorer (25km), and ROV Wanderer (8km). Each category promises an immersive experience through the lush landscapes of Shanchuan.
NAV Leader (42km): This elite course challenges participants with a total elevation gain and loss of 2,053 meters over its 42-kilometer route. Starting at 6:00 AM, runners have ten hours to complete this grueling yet rewarding journey through the pristine forests and rugged trails.
ADV Explorer (25km): For those seeking an adventurous but manageable challenge, the ADV category offers a 25-kilometer trek with a total elevation change of 1,489 meters. The race begins at 8:30 AM, providing six hours to navigate through stunning natural vistas and challenging terrain.
ROV Wanderer (8km): Ideal for runners looking for an introductory experience, the ROV category covers eight kilometers with a modest elevation gain and loss totaling 650 meters. This family-friendly event starts simultaneously at 6:00 AM alongside the NAV race but offers a more relaxed pace over three hours.
