Children will have the opportunity to swim in the pool, bike down Mason Street and run across fields behind the Y in this beginner-friendly event. All of the proceeds from the event directly support the Y’s Annual Campaign. The Annual Campaign helps support several programs at our local YMCA including our Financial Assistance Program that helps subsidize Y membership and program costs for people in our community, our food program that helps serve an average of 700 meals each week to kids in our community, and our LIVESTRONG program that helps over 100 cancer survivors annually regain their strength and confidence after treatment.
The exact start time of the race will depend on age groups and registration numbers. No two age groups will be in the transition area or pool area at the same time to eliminate crowds.
