For over 20 years, Wounded Warrior Project has provided programs, services, and advocacy to empower post-9/11 wounded, ill, and injured veterans and their families — including mental health services, physical wellness activities, VA benefits assistance, and peer support. Learn more at woundedwarriorproject.org.
Veterans are more than twice as likely to die by suicide as non-veterans, according to the VA, and many wait months for access to mental health care. WWP's programs directly address this need — and suicide is preventable.
Since Team Yellow Ribbon held its first 5K in 2023, we've raised nearly $30,000 for this cause. There's more work to do — join us!
