Celebrate the 14th anniversary of this cherished community race weekend at the Worcester Marathon, Half Marathon & 10K on Sunday, May 17, 2026. All three races start from the heart of Worcestershire, offering a popular, sold-out event with a scenic and rural loop course on quiet country lanes. The full and half marathon set off together, with the marathon runners completing two laps of the beautiful loop, while half marathoners split off near the end to finish a single lap. The event is renowned for its friendly, supportive atmosphere, driven by a close partnership with St Richard's Hospice, whose cheerful volunteers line the course to provide encouragement and marshal key points. This creates a profound sense of purpose, as many runners choose to fundraise for the hospice's vital care services, making their race achievement even more meaningful. With a bespoke finisher's medal for every participant, free parking, and the 10K race starting later in the morning, the event is designed to be inclusive and convenient for runners and supporters alike. It's the perfect goal for runners seeking a well-organized, traditional road race that balances personal challenge with a strong community heart.
