Winter RUNderland 5K, 10K, 1 mile fun run

     On January 24th, 2026, the Richland County CEO Program will host The Winter Runderland Event, which will involve a 5k, 10k, and a mile fun run. These races will be open to runners and walkers of all ages.

Following the start of the race, a winter-themed festival with vendors, food trucks, games, and activities will be located inside the RCES gym. T-shirts will be given to all registered participants.

Additionally, awards will be given to all top finishers of age group divisions.

Sign-ups and timing will be through To The Finish Timing LLC out of Evansville, Indiana.

Lace up and choose your winter adventure on our beautiful snow-dusted courses:
• 10am - 5K Run/Walk – $30
• 10am - 10K Run – $50
• 11:45am - 1-Mile Fun Run (perfect for kids and families!) – $15

Schedule of Events:
January 23rd - 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm: Early packet pickup at Richland County Elementary School.
January 24th - 10:00 am: Start of 5k/10k Race. Additionally beginning of the Festival
January 24th - 11:00 am: 5k Runners' Top Finishers Awards.
January 24th - 11:30 am: 10k Runners Top Finishers Awards.
January 24th - 11:45 am: Start of Mile Fun Run.
January 24th - 2:00 pm: End of Festival 

After you cross the finish line, step into the heart of Winter RUNderland! 
Enjoy upbeat music, tasty food trucks, vendors, and a whimsical Kids’ Corner packed with games, activities, and prizes.

Festival-only admission: Just $5 per person
(Race participants receive FREE entry to the festival!)

T-shirts will be given to all runners who sign up before January 10, 2024.

Winter Festival begins at the start of the 5k/10k until 2:00 pm

Timing/Bibs will only be provided to 5k/10k Runners. Walkers and Mile Fun Run will not be professionally timed or awarded.

Whether you’re racing through the winter wonderland, shopping with vendors, or
simply soaking up the joyful vibes, there’s something for everyone.

Vendor Opportunities: Very limited spaces available. Vendor application will be released shortly.
