Participants will run or ruck over 3.1 miles with an elevation gain of approximately 150 feet per lap, making it ideal for those looking to clock as many miles as possible within the allotted time frame. The start/finish line is conveniently located near parking and bib pickup areas at Windsor Castle Park on Cedar Street.
On race day, runners should expect warm temperatures and high humidity typical of July in Virginia. The trail surface is generally hard and dry but can become slippery when wet due to the packed dirt composition.
