WENDOVER WILD FESTIVE TRAIL RUNS 2026

Celebrate the end of the year with Wild Deer Trails as we venture into Wendover Woods, nestled within the picturesque Chiltern Hills, on December 17th, 2026. This festive trail run offers something for all ages and abilities.
For families looking to enjoy a scenic outing together, there's a special Family Santa Mile designed for children over three years old, with parents running free of charge. The event also features a 5-mile course open to runners aged 11 and up, as well as a challenging 10-mile option for those 15 and older.
Wendover Woods offers breathtaking trails that wind through lush greenery and offer stunning views across the rolling Chiltern Hills. Participants will experience the serene beauty of this woodland setting while enjoying a unique winter running adventure.
All finishers on the 5 and 10 mile courses can look forward to receiving a commemorative medal, along with Wild Deer merchandise such as socks or a buff, plus treats like mince pies, chocolates, and refreshments. Those participating in the Santa Mile will also receive medals, selection boxes filled with sweets, and beverages.
