Run through the heart of Wangaratta, Australia at Wangaratta Marathon and Fun Runs on March 22, 2026. Celebrate fitness, friendship, and the joy of discovery featuring distances like 10K, Marathon, Half-Marathon, 5K. Wangaratta is the centre of North East Victoria, a well known food and wine region, with the mountains, rivers and lakes nearby it’s makes a great weekend away. The course is fast and flat, mostly pathway sealed or gravel with minimal turns. This is a good marathon for beginners through to elite runners. The Wangaratta Marathon is in mid March when the mornings are cool and calm in North East Victoria. It’s an event for everyone, the Wangaratta people pride themselves on being a fit and healthy community, come join us and have a go!
