Wangaratta Cycling Club Progressive Program

AusBike 1st Gear offers an exciting and flexible learning environment for young cyclists, designed to introduce kids to the world of cycling with confidence and fun. Held on Fridays from November 13 through December 18 at various locations such as basketball courts, indoor halls, local pump tracks, and footy ovals, these sessions cater to children who are just starting out or those still using training wheels.
Each session is led by expert coaches and accredited instructors who have crafted the AusBike program specifically for kids. The curriculum focuses on developing essential cycling skills in a safe and engaging atmosphere, ensuring that participants progress from beginners to more advanced riders as they advance through the stages of the program.
Parents can expect their children to gain not only practical riding abilities but also an appreciation for the freedom and adventure that comes with being able to ride confidently. The sessions are structured yet adaptable, allowing kids to learn at a pace that suits them while enjoying each step of their cycling journey.
