About the Event

Registering for this race is now open, and on the day of the event, no late entries will be accepted. The children's races are designed specifically for different age groups: 450 meters for kids aged 4 to 5 years old, 1.25 kilometers for those between 6 and 12 years, and a longer distance of 2.5 kilometers for participants aged 7 to 12 years. From the age of 13 onwards, runners can sign up for the 5-kilometer race. A special note: all children who participate in any kids' category will receive their medals free of charge.
For every child running in this event, one accompanying adult receives complimentary entry into the Openluchtmuseum. Additional supporters must pay an entrance fee of €7.50 which can be purchased through our registration form. Parking on the day is entirely free for all participants and spectators alike.
The Arnhemse Atletiek Vereniging Ciko'66 has crafted a stunning course that winds its way through the Openluchtmuseum, offering runners and walkers an engaging route filled with historical exhibits and natural beauty. The race uses electronic timing chips provided by the organizers; these can be collected at the start line on race day and must be returned immediately after crossing the finish line.
Failure to return your chip will result in a charge of €10 for replacement costs. We look forward to seeing you all there for an enjoyable and memorable event!
