Nestled in Kenna Cartwright Park, Kamloops, BC, this trail race offers runners an unforgettable journey through scenic terrain and rolling hills. A cornerstone of British Columbia’s ultra-trail running scene since 1992, the event boasts a variety of distance options: 50km, 25km, 14km, and a newly introduced 8km route for 2026. Each course winds through single- and double-track trails that wind around sagebrush and dense forest, providing stunning views of Kamloops and the surrounding valleys.
The terrain is challenging yet rewarding, with steep climbs adding to the allure of this multi-distance event. Expect approximately 860 meters of elevation gain per lap as you navigate the rugged landscape. The warm September weather adds another layer of challenge but also makes for a vibrant race atmosphere filled with camaraderie and community spirit.
