Walk For Wellness

Join us for the second annual Walk for Wellness on October 4, 2026, as part of Mental Health Awareness Month! This family-friendly walk aims to raise awareness and funds for individuals and families facing mental health challenges within our community.
The route is designed with all ages and abilities in mind, making it accessible for everyone who wishes to participate. Along the way, walkers will have a special stop at The Little Qualicum Cheeseworks Farm, adding an enjoyable twist to the event.
Registration opens at 1:00 pm, followed by the official start of the walk at 2:00 pm. Participants are encouraged to bring their family and friends for this uplifting community experience. A BBQ will be available throughout the afternoon from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, providing a place for everyone to gather and socialize.
In addition to the walk itself, there will also be a silent auction and a 50/50 draw during the event, offering participants an opportunity to support Forward House through these fun activities. The day wraps up with closing remarks at 4:15 pm, celebrating all who have come together to make a difference.
