VIII MEIA MARATONA DE IGREJINHA

The VIII Meia Maratona de Igrejinha takes place on April 25, 2027, starting and finishing at the picturesque Parque Almiro Grings (Parque da Oktoberfest) located in downtown Igrejinha/RS. The race offers three distances: a challenging half marathon of 21 kilometers, a scenic 10-kilometer run, and a shorter but no less enjoyable 5-kilometer option for those looking to experience the event without committing to longer distances.
Participants will enjoy running through well-maintained streets that showcase Igrejinha's charming architecture and vibrant community atmosphere. The race features strict time limits of two hours and forty-five minutes to ensure smooth course management, providing a fair challenge for all runners regardless of their pace.
Registration is exclusively online via the Ticket Sports website until April 10, 2027, or when capacity is reached. With limited spots available—up to 1500 adult participants and an additional 100 in the youth category—the event promises a highly competitive yet friendly environment for all runners.
The race offers discounts for senior citizens (over 60 years old) who receive a 50% discount on their entry fees, as well as special rates for athletes with disabilities. Group registrations of more than ten participants also enjoy discounted prices and additional perks like free entries after every seventeen paid members.
Whether you're an experienced runner or just starting out, the VIII Meia Maratona de Igrejinha offers a unique blend of scenic beauty, community spirit, and competitive racing that makes it a must-attend event for any athlete.
