Vårruset Umeå 2026 will take place on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 6:30 PM at MSK Arena on Mariehemsängarna in Umeå, Sweden. This is a local race offering distances of 2.5 km and a measured 5 km. All participants must follow Vårruset's general terms and conditions. The registration is binding and the fee cannot be refunded in case of cancellation. Registration is digital and can be completed up to and including race day, no later than 1 hour before the first start.

Included in individual registration: medal, finish bag, timing on 5 km (optional), and bib number.
Included in team registration (5 persons): picnic after finish, medal, finish bag, timing on 5 km (optional), and bib number.
Bib number distribution: Intersport Umeå, Björnvägen 1 on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Choosing no timing means the result will not be published in the official results list; the registration fee is the same regardless of timing choice.
Teams consist of 5 persons. Team leaders can download posters to recruit members, collect team member details, and then complete the team registration on the website. Teams receive a picnic after the finish.

The course map is available via the event website (click for bankarta). The event area is located at MSK Arena on Mariehemsängarna. This is a local race; the Vårruset tour does not visit Umeå, though much of what Vårruset offers is included.
