Vårruset - Malmö

The Vårruset Malmö 2026 is a prominent women’s community run scheduled for Monday, May 4, 2026, in the picturesque Slottsparken. As part of a nationwide series, the event emphasizes "the joy of movement" and community, inviting participants to run, jog, or walk through the spring landscape of Malmö. The race is organized locally by MAI (Malmö Allmänna Idrottsförening), and 100% of any surplus generated is reinvested into Swedish sports and athletics clubs.

It is one of Europe’s most diverse cities, with residents representing over 180 different nationalities; nearly 35% of the population was born abroad.
