Vampire Run 2027 - Season 8 Immortal

Join us for Atlanta's premier Halloween fun run, the Vampire Run 2027, taking place on Saturday, October 23, 2027, at Legion Field in Covington, Georgia. This certified USATF 5k event is not only a thrilling race but also an immersive experience set against the backdrop of Mystic Falls—the fictional town from "The Vampire Diaries" and other popular horror series filmed locally.
Whether you dress up as your favorite supernatural creature or come dressed simply to support the cause, this run offers something unique for everyone. The course winds through iconic filming locations, offering runners and walkers a chance to capture memorable photos along the way. Volunteers are stationed at various points with cameras ready to snap pictures of participants in their costumes.
The race starts and finishes at Legion Field (3173 Mill Street, Covington GA 30014), providing an easy-to-navigate route that is flat and ideal for achieving personal best times. In addition to the live event, there's also a virtual option available throughout October where participants can run from anywhere but still enjoy exclusive bibs, medals, and finisher shirts.
Beyond the physical race, contestants are encouraged to participate in the costume contest and raise funds through team challenges. The atmosphere is electric with excitement for Halloween, making it an unforgettable event that supports Blood Cancer United (formerly known as The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society).
