Ultimate Tri - Beachwalk

The Beachwalk Community in St Johns, Florida is set to host the 11th Annual Ultimate Tri on October 25, 2026. This sold-out triathlon promises an unforgettable experience for athletes with its stunning coastal setting and challenging course.
Participants will take part in a scenic swim of one-quarter mile around the inviting Lagoon at Beachwalk Community, surrounded by white sandy beaches. Swimmers should be prepared to start no later than 7:30 a.m., and wetsuits are allowed if water temperatures reach or drop below 78 degrees Fahrenheit.
Following the swim is an 8-mile bike ride through varied terrain with mandatory hard shell helmet usage. Cyclists must adhere strictly to safety rules, including no drafting and staying to the right for slower riders. The course will be open to traffic, so athletes should remain vigilant throughout this segment.
The event concludes with a 3.1-mile run along Beachwalk Community’s picturesque paths. Aid stations are strategically placed at key intervals—beginning of the route, halfway point, and finish line—to ensure runners stay hydrated and energized as they push towards the end.
Race day logistics include packet pickup on October 24th from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with race day packet pick-up available until 6:00 a.m. Athletes are required to have body markings on their left arm and calf prior to entering the transition area, which opens at 5:30 a.m.
All participants will receive a commemorative shirt, finisher's medal, snacks, and drinks upon completion of the race. Awards presentations begin around 9:30 a.m., with winners needing to be present or have someone collect their prizes on their behalf.
