Uff DA Half Marathon, 10K & 5K

The 24th Annual Uff-Da Run is scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026, in the charming village of Woodville, Wisconsin. This long-standing small-town event has earned a national reputation for its scenic course and friendly atmosphere. Offering a Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K, the race caters to all experience levels, guiding participants from downtown Woodville onto a shaded, flat, and fast route along a beautiful abandoned railroad bed. Course Details and Support

The Uff-Da Run is renowned for its straightforward, scenic course that is both beginner-friendly and suitable for those seeking a personal best.

• - The Terrain: After a short downtown segment, runners transition to an abandoned railroad bed. The path is notably shaded and flat, minimizing technical difficulty.
• - Hydration: Water stations are strategically placed at miles 1.25, 3.5, 5, 8, 9.75, and 11.75, as well as at the Half Marathon turnaround point.
• - Post-Race: Complimentary refreshments are provided at the finish line for all participants.
• - Location: Woodville is easily accessible just off I-94 at Exit 24, roughly an hour's drive from both Eau Claire and the Twin Cities.

Awards and Competition

The event celebrates its heritage through unique prizes and competitive age categories.

• - Overall Winners: The first-place overall male and female finishers in each distance receive a traditional Norwegian Rosemaling plate.
• - Age Brackets: Recognition is given to the top three male and female finishers in categories starting from "14 and under" up to "70 and older."
• - Presentation: Awards are presented as soon as each age group completes their respective races.

Registration and Participation

Participants are encouraged to register early to secure event apparel and take advantage of standard processing timelines.

• - Apparel Deadline: Runners must register by May 1st to receive an official event t-shirt. Entries finalized after this date do not include a shirt.
• - Race Day Entry: Late registration is available on the morning of the event at Zion Lutheran Church.
