About the Event

Test your endurance at the Mezza Due Laghi, an iconic running challenge in Gravellona Toce, Northern Italy. Also known as the “Two Lakes Half Marathon,” this race is designed for athletes who crave both performance and scenery, weaving between the breathtaking shores of Lake Maggiore and Lake Mergozzo across 21.0975 kilometers of certified half marathon distance. A 10 km course option is also on offer for those seeking a fast, competitive run. Starting and finishing at the Pala CIPIR sports centre, athletes will tackle a course known for its varied terrain, panoramic lake views, and the invigorating atmosphere of the Alpine region. Precision timing, well-placed refreshment stations, and recognition for top finishers enhance the race-day experience. The Mezza Due Laghi attracts a strong international field and stands out as a premier event for runners aiming to push their limits while soaking in the inspiring landscapes of Italy’s famed lake district.
