RegisterA local group of fun, energetic runners of all abilities who come together on Tuesday nights to do speed interval workouts together. The group was created by Jane Welzel, an amazing runner and friend who we honor by carrying forth her message of love, peace and run happiness.
In addition to Tues speed work, the group helps produce the NOCO All-Comers Track Meets and the Bacon Strip Race. We are also active in the greater local running community.
