Nestled along the Costa Brava’s stunning shoreline, this finale offers a unique blend of seafront splendor and mountainous terrain.
Competitors can choose between two formats: Sprint or Olympic distances. The Sprint version features 750 meters of swimming in crystal-clear Mediterranean waters, followed by a spirited bike ride through coastal roads for 20 kilometers before concluding with a quick yet challenging run along the flat streets of Tossa de Mar. Ideal for newcomers and seasoned athletes alike who seek an intense but manageable challenge.
For those craving more endurance and variety, the Olympic distance awaits: 1.5 kilometers of swimming in the azure waters, 40 kilometers of cycling that crisscrosses through rolling hills and winding mountain roads leading to the summit of Cadiretes Massif at a dizzying altitude of 519 meters. This climb is steep but offers breathtaking panoramic views across Girona province, making every pedal stroke worthwhile as you ascend. The descent back down to Tossa de Mar provides an exhilarating rush before crossing the finish line.
Post-race relaxation and exploration are integral parts of this event’s charm.
