Triple Threat invites teams of four to push their limits across three distinct workout zones, each designed to challenge the strength, endurance, and metabolic conditioning of both Open and Advanced divisions. The competition unfolds over 2.5 hours as squads navigate a series of intense exercises tailored to test their collective prowess. In the Strength Zone, competitors face either a trio of bench presses and deadlifts for the Open Division or front squats and weighted chin-ups for the Pro division, all aiming to rack up points through combined team totals. The Endurance Zone then shifts focus with max-distance challenges on ski ergs, rowing machines, and bikes (for Advanced teams), pushing each member's aerobic capacity within an 18-minute window. The Metcon Zone remains a mystery until closer to the event but is sure to be another rigorous test of teamwork and tactics. Teams will experience rolling waves throughout the day, starting with registration at 8:30 AM and moving through recovery zones between workouts for essential breaks and refueling. With sponsors on site providing additional activations, Triple Threat transforms into a full-fledged competition atmosphere where camaraderie meets elite fitness challenges. Gather your squad now to take part in this dynamic event scheduled for October 18, 2026.
